AHOF Debuts with First EP, Blending Global Talent and K-pop

Date:

AHOF debuts with first EP, “Who We Are,” launching their official entry into the K-pop world with powerful emotions. The group made their long-awaited debut on Tuesday after intense training and competition.

The nine-member boy band formed through the SBS survival program Universe League. This show followed trainees competing for a spot in a new K-pop act. Specifically, AHOF’s members—Steven, Seo Jeongwoo, Cha Woongki, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Han, JL, Park Juwon, Chih En, and Daisuke—come from six different countries.

Notably, their international diversity includes South Korea, Australia, Taiwan, the Philippines, Japan, and China. This global makeup sets them apart from other rookie groups and reflects their wide-reaching vision.

AHOF, which stands for “All-time Hall of Famer,” also sounds like the Korean word for “nine.” According to F&F Entertainment, this reflects both imperfection and the potential for growth.

During a press showcase in Seoul, Daisuke expressed his joy. “I’m truly happy,” he said. “We want our music to thank the fans who believed in us.”

In addition, Seo Jeongwoo explained the deeper message behind the EP. “It tells our emotional story,” he said. “We felt fear, excitement, and deep gratitude.”

Some members, like Steven and Zhang, had debuted before in other groups. However, this new start under AHOF holds new meaning. “We’re stronger now because we came this far together,” Steven shared.

Meanwhile, JL, who worked in the Philippines, also teared up. “I’ve waited years for this,” he said. “AHOF debuts with first EP, and it means everything.”

At the same time, Park Juwon highlighted their strengths. “We offer vocals, visuals, and confident performances,” he said. “We trained through a tough survival show.”

Furthermore, their global identity remains a major strength. “Our mix of cultures brings fresh energy,” said Cha Woongki. “We want to meet fans everywhere.”

Looking ahead, Park Han remained hopeful. “Topping the charts would feel unreal,” he said. Chih En added, “Winning Rookie of the Year would be unforgettable.”

Ultimately, AHOF debuts with first EP and bold dreams. Through music, they aim to unite fans around the world—one performance at a time.
