Mongolia’s President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa honored Mahatma Gandhi during his recent state visit to the Republic of India. The Gandhi memorial visit took place at Raj Ghat in New Delhi, where Gandhi was cremated following his assassination in 1948.
To begin with, President Khurelsukh laid a wreath at the black marble platform and paused in silence to show his respect. Afterward, he signed the Book of Honored Guests and expressed warm wishes from Mongolia to the people of India.
