5G-A Network Boosts Jiangsu Football Experience

Date:

The 5G-A network is transforming football in Jiangsu, giving fans advanced connectivity throughout the season. The Jiangsu City Football League, also called Suchao, drew a record crowd of 60,633 during Sunday’s Nanjing versus Yancheng clash. The match was among the league’s most exciting in recent years. Fans demanded real-time updates, live streaming, and instant interaction throughout the event. Next-generation networks supported this surge in demand, ensuring immersive digital engagement for thousands of attendees.

To meet these expectations, China Mobile Jiangsu rolled out a full-scale assurance plan at the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center. Engineers deployed cutting-edge 5G-A features including 3CC carrier aggregation and AI-driven management tools. As a result, fans enjoyed high-speed, low-latency connections across live broadcasts, video sharing, and online engagement.

The company explained that its preparations began before kickoff with data-driven network capacity forecasts. By maximizing spectrum resources and building dense coverage layers, officials ensured that network stress did not overwhelm performance. During the match, AI-based scheduling optimized traffic flow for more than 60,000 users simultaneously connected. This allowed football enthusiasts to share highlights and interact online without disruption.

Beyond individual matches, Jiangsu has cemented its leadership in next-generation networks. The province now operates 37,000 5G-A base stations, delivering consistent service across 26 stadiums, commercial centers, and transport hubs. This comprehensive rollout ensures fans can stay connected from ticket purchase to final whistle.

The broader impact extends nationwide. More than 330 Chinese cities now have 5G-A coverage, while over 30 provinces have launched primary 5G-A packages. Industry leaders revealed that the country already counts 20 million users on these advanced services. Analysts believe this momentum highlights China’s rapid integration of AI and 5G-A, creating new opportunities in smart living, connected devices, and digital manufacturing.

Global developments add another dimension. Telecom operators in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific are expanding their own 5G-A projects. By the end of this year, experts predict the number of deployed networks will reach 50, supporting over 100 million users worldwide.

In conclusion, the 5G-A network is redefining the football experience in Jiangsu. With faster speeds, wider coverage, and smarter technology, it is not only enhancing stadium events but also accelerating China’s position as a global leader in advanced connectivity.
