Mongolia-Croatia Cooperation Strengthens with Official Visit

During an official visit to Mongolia, Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić-Radman met with Mongolian Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav. The meeting focused on advancing Mongolia-Croatia cooperation across various key sectors. Prime Minister Gombojav emphasized Mongolia’s commitment to deepening ties with Croatia, which Mongolia regards as an important European partner and a “third neighbor.” He highlighted that expanding Mongolia-Croatia cooperation remains a top foreign policy priority.

Moreover, the Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the steady growth of the friendly relations between the two countries in recent years. He also underscored the significance of the bilateral agreements signed during this historic visit. This marks the first official trip to Mongolia by a Croatian Foreign Minister, reflecting both countries’ determination to broaden and strengthen their partnership. Minister Grlić-Radman expressed gratitude for the warm reception and reiterated Croatia’s eagerness to develop Mongolia-Croatia cooperation. He stressed Croatia’s willingness to work closely with Mongolia in all mutually beneficial areas.
