President Khurelsukh Strengthens SCO Ties at SCO+ Summit

Mongolia’s President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa traveled to Tianjin, China, to attend the SCO+ Summit. He was joined by First Lady Bolortsetseg Luvsandorj. Together, they participated in a series of high-level diplomatic events.

Upon arrival, Chinese President Xi Jinping and First Lady Peng Liyuan welcomed them with a warm reception. Shortly after, the leaders exchanged greetings and posed for official photographs. Meanwhile, other heads of state and their spouses gathered for the formal welcome.

In addition to the individual greetings, the summit featured a group photo of all attending leaders. This included representatives from several international organizations. As a result, the event served as a symbol of growing regional unity and cooperation.

Later that evening, the hosts arranged an official banquet for the visiting delegations. During the dinner, President Khurelsukh and the First Lady engaged with fellow leaders in an informal setting. At the same time, discussions touched on economic partnerships, trade routes, and security issues.

President Khurelsukh Strengthens SCO Ties by actively participating in both formal and informal meetings. Furthermore, his presence sent a clear message: Mongolia is committed to regional peace and collaboration. He emphasized friendship and trust during his exchanges with various leaders.

Although Mongolia holds observer status in the SCO, its influence continues to grow. Through consistent participation, it now plays a larger role in shaping the group’s future. Moreover, President Khurelsukh’s leadership highlights Mongolia’s dedication to multilateral diplomacy.

The next day, he planned to speak at the expanded session of the Heads of State Council. During his address, he aimed to present Mongolia’s long-term vision for regional development. Additionally, he intended to promote shared prosperity and sustainable cooperation among member states.

President Khurelsukh Strengthens SCO Ties not only by giving speeches but also by showing up and engaging fully. Therefore, his involvement reflects Mongolia’s strategic interest in stronger international partnerships.

As the summit progressed, conversations remained focused on unity and shared goals.
