Samsung is distributing 1,000 emergency kits and 300 mobile shelters through the Korean Red Cross. Samsung Card announced additional support for affected customers through deferred credit card payments for up to six months. Impacted users can also pay balances in interest-free installments during this period. The company reduced interest rates on card loans by 30 percent and extended maturities on long-term loans to assist financially stressed households.
