Teenage Lifestyle at Heart of Mongolia’s Good Deeds Day 2025

Date:

More than 1,500 young people gathered at Sukhbaatar Square on April 6 to celebrate Good Deeds Day 2025. The Governor’s Office of the Capital City of Mongolia and the Volunteer Center of Mongolia organized the event together. The focus this year was clear—encouraging a healthy teenage lifestyle through education and engagement.

Good Deeds Day takes place in over 100 countries each year. It brings communities together to carry out positive actions for society. Mongolia joined the global effort again this year with strong participation and youthful energy. Organizers designed the event around the theme “Teenage Lifestyle,” aiming to promote wellness among the nation’s youth.

Event planners invited professionals to speak on several key health topics. Experts gave practical talks on healthy eating habits, which many teens found helpful. Others led sessions on the importance of regular exercise and staying physically active. Mental health professionals also discussed psychological well-being, offering tools to help manage stress and emotions. Speakers also warned against unhealthy habits, encouraging youth to make smarter lifestyle choices.

Throughout the day, teens engaged with the topics through interactive booths and workshops. These sessions sparked conversations about health, balance, and the value of making small changes daily. Organizers hope this push for a better teenage lifestyle will leave a lasting impact on participants.

Volunteers helped run the event and kept things running smoothly. Many attendees said they felt inspired to continue doing good deeds beyond the event. Leaders emphasized that small actions can build stronger communities.

As the sun set over Sukhbaatar Square, the message remained strong. A healthy teenage lifestyle starts with awareness, continues with education, and grows through action.
