K-pop milestone achieved as Zerobaseone breaks new ground with their latest release. The boy group unveiled their first full-length album, Never Say Never. It sold 1.1 million copies on release day. Thus they secured their sixth consecutive million-seller title. This marks a remarkable milestone in their young career.

Zerobaseone became the first group in their generation to reach this streak. Earlier releases also hit million-seller status. Consequently they set a new standard in the industry. They now hold over nine million cumulative album sales. They reached that number faster than any peer group.

Moreover, they dominated global iTunes charts. The album ranked number five on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart. It also hit number five on the U.S. Top K-pop Albums chart. It reached number seven on the European Albums chart. In addition, it topped album charts in various countries like Czech Republic, Qatar, Russia, and Vietnam.

At home, their success continued. All tracks from Never Say Never entered the Melon HOT100. Six songs alone made the Top 100. It even revived older hits like “Blue” into the charts. Their title song “iKONIC” gained traction too. It entered Japan’s Line Music TOP100 and China’s QQ Music Top Trend Song chart.

Equally impressive, the iKONIC music video drew over six million views in less than a day. It trended globally on YouTube. It ranked second worldwide, fourth in the UK and Germany, seventh in France and Canada, eighth in Japan, and tenth in Korea, Chile, Indonesia, and Russia.

Looking ahead, the group will begin promotions with “iKONIC”. Their first comeback stage will appear on a music show. This performance will likely boost their visibility further.
