Solo Fan Concert Marks Bae Jinyoung’s Solo Return

Date:

Bae Jinyoung is ready to begin again, and it starts with a solo fan concert this November. Aura Entertainment announced on Monday that Bae will hold his first solo fan concert in Seoul on November 8 and 9.

Titled “Begin, Young,” the event will be a special reunion with fans. This marks Bae’s first solo activity since leaving CIX in August 2024. His departure came after his contract with C9 Entertainment officially ended.

Bae originally debuted with Wanna One, a temporary boy group formed through the show “Produce 101 Season 2.” That group disbanded in early 2019. Soon after, he joined CIX in July of the same year and paused his solo activities.

However, his solo fan concert signals a new direction. During his time between groups, Bae released a solo physical single titled “Hard to Say Goodbye.” Though brief, that solo era left a strong impression on fans.

Now, with his solo focus restored, he plans to deliver a heartfelt live performance. Many fans are anticipating an emotional and nostalgic experience during the concert. The two-night event aims to celebrate both past memories and future dreams.

Meanwhile, his former bandmates from CIX have shown nothing but support. At a recent media conference, the four remaining members talked about their latest EP, “Go Chapter 1: Go Together.” During the event, they also expressed continued friendship with Bae.

They shared that they remain close despite the group changes. Their support highlights the strong bond formed during their years as a five-member group.

Bae Jinyoung’s solo fan concert not only celebrates his return but also reestablishes his individual presence in K-pop. His agency noted that more activities will follow after the concert.

With a new start ahead, Bae’s fans can expect a fresh chapter filled with music and connection. His return to the stage represents more than just a performance—it reflects growth, gratitude, and a personal journey coming full circle. This solo fan concert is just the beginning.
