Each bespoke guitar requires three months and over 200 processes to complete. Moreover, the wood undergoes more than five years of natural air-drying, ensuring superior acoustic performance. In addition, Tongxin invested in China’s first full-process humidity and temperature control system. This system maintains 45 percent humidity and temperatures between 25 and 31 degrees Celsius. Hubei Eastman Musical Instrument Co., Ltd., a new manufacturer, benefits from proactive government support. Officials helped the company complete registration and preparations within days, demonstrating strong local commitment to the guitar industry.
Finally, local authorities project that Songzi’s guitar output value will reach 1 billion yuan this year. With ongoing development, the figure may double within three years.
