Jinyoung of GOT7 to Release Christmas Single on December 10

Date:

Jinyoung, the GOT7 member, will release his new digital single “Christmas Fever” on December 10, BH Entertainment said Monday. The release coincides with the holiday season and marks Jinyoung’s return as a solo artist.

He co-wrote the lyrics for the track, which captures the excitement and joy of the festive season. This follows his previous solo works, including the 2021 single “Dive” and the 2023 mini-album “Chapter 0: With.”

Beyond music, Jinyoung has focused on acting, completing the male lead role in “Our Unwritten Seoul,” which aired through June. He now films the series “Shining,” slated for release in the first half of 2026, and will star in the historical drama “100 Days of Lies.”

Last week, Jinyoung attended the premiere of a documentary by Italian fashion brand Brunello Cucinelli in Rome, enhancing his international profile. He continues to balance acting with his music projects.

BH Entertainment said the single aims to provide fans with a festive and uplifting experience while reflecting Jinyoung’s distinct style. The agency emphasized his creative involvement in the project.

Industry analysts said solo releases by K-pop group members often generate strong domestic and international attention, especially with seasonal themes. Jinyoung’s dual focus on music and acting strengthens his appeal across media formats.

Fans expressed excitement on social media, highlighting their anticipation for Jinyoung’s lyrics and festive music. BH Entertainment confirmed that “Christmas Fever” will be available on all major digital platforms from December 10.
