He also discussed tangible opportunities and resources to increase non-mining exports.
Director of the SME Agency Erdenesaikhan Ya provided detailed information to the ambassadors. He discussed opportunities to bring domestic producers to foreign markets. He also outlined pressing issues facing Mongolian exporters. Cooperation pathways received detailed attention during his presentation. Subsequently, he then started a discussion among all meeting participants.
Advisor to the President Javkhlan Bayarsaikhan briefed attendees on the cashmere, wool, and leather sector. He explained the current situation facing these industries. Export opportunities within the White Gold national program received detailed attention. The President initiated this program to boost the cashmere sector. Pressing issues facing the industry also came up for discussion. Business representatives then expressed their views on potential solutions.
The newly appointed ambassadors expressed their commitment to active cooperation. They will work to intensify bilateral trade and economic cooperation. Supporting domestic producers remains a top priority for their missions. Attracting investment to Mongolia will also receive significant attention. The ambassadors represent 20 foreign countries with diverse economic profiles.
