NCT WISH Completes Sold-Out Fan Meeting in Tokyo

NCT WISH wrapped up a highly anticipated fan meeting in Japan while releasing their newest single. The group held the event at Keio Arena in Tokyo across two days. Specifically, performances took place on July 11 and July 12 this month.

All four scheduled shows sold out completely, drawing approximately 40,000 enthusiastic fans overall. This fan meeting continued the storyline established during the group’s February fan meeting in Korea. That earlier concept centered around six princes secretly proposing to devoted fans.

During the Tokyo event, NCT WISH performed their new Japanese single live for the first time. The single, titled YO-I-DON! and BOY MEETS GIRL, showcases two distinct musical styles. Specifically, YO-I-DON! released globally on July 13, blending Eurobeat influences with dance-pop energy.

Additionally, the accompanying music video features members competing together in an energetic running race. The competition builds toward winning a trophy, adding narrative excitement to the performance. Meanwhile, BOY MEETS GIRL had already reached fans through an earlier pre-release on June 22.

Furthermore, NCT WISH plans to release the physical single in Japan on July 15. This staggered rollout allows fans multiple opportunities to engage with the group’s new material. Consequently, both digital and physical formats will reach international and domestic audiences within days.

The sold-out attendance figures highlight NCT WISH’s growing popularity across Japanese and Korean fan bases.
