TXT Attends UN Event Promoting Youth Mental Health

Date:

TXT attended the “One World, One Game, One Goal” event at UN Headquarters on July 18. This gathering supported a global campaign promoting youth mental health ahead of the World Cup final. Consequently, TXT joined several prominent figures advocating for stronger mental health awareness worldwide.

Indeed, the UN Youth Office organized this campaign specifically timed around the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. Furthermore, TXT helped launch this initiative through a video titled “Real People Real Talk” specifically. In this video, members delivered encouraging messages addressing anxiety and uncertainty among young people. Therefore, this contribution reflects TXT’s growing involvement in global mental health advocacy efforts.

Additionally, TXT shared the stage alongside notable figures advocating for stronger community care culture. These included football legend Diego Forlán, aerospace engineer Aisha Bowe and tenor Juan Diego Flórez. Together, these diverse voices emphasized building supportive environments for young people facing daily challenges.

Beyond this UN event, TXT has continued collaborating with UNICEF on separate mental health initiatives. Specifically, the group partners with UNICEF Korea on the “Together for Tomorrow” campaign continuously. This ongoing partnership focuses on promoting well-being among children and adolescents more broadly. Therefore, these combined efforts demonstrate TXT’s sustained commitment toward meaningful social impact work.

Meanwhile, TXT continues balancing humanitarian work alongside their ongoing music career simultaneously. The group plans to release their fifth Japanese single, “Setsuna Hanabi,” on August 19. This upcoming release suggests TXT will maintain strong momentum across both music and advocacy platforms.

Ultimately, TXT’s participation in this UN campaign highlights K-pop artists’ expanding role in global humanitarian causes. Going forward, the group’s continued advocacy work alongside UNICEF suggests deeper commitment toward youth mental health awareness. As TXT balances international campaigns with music releases, their influence across both spheres appears likely to grow.
