This exceeded the 50-meter warning level by over 5 meters. It marked the highest flood level since the station began operations. Consequently, county officials quickly issued a flood relief notice to residents.
Moreover, local authorities described this flood as a “once-in-a-century” event. They reported widespread damage across the county. Therefore, officials urgently mobilized resources for rescue operations. Teams began relocating residents and protecting public property.
