Jin’s First Solo Fan Concert Begins in Korea

Date:

Jin of BTS is kicking off his first solo fan concert this weekend in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. This event marks a major milestone in his career, as it is his first time performing live as a solo artist in front of fans since completing his mandatory military service. While he has long been known for his performances as part of BTS, this concert signals the beginning of a new chapter—one where he takes center stage entirely on his own.

After months of preparation and anticipation, Jin is now ready to reconnect with fans in a more personal and focused setting. Through this concert, he aims not only to celebrate his return but also to showcase his musical growth and individuality as a solo performer.

Speaking through his agency Big Hit Music, Jin shared his thoughts before the show. He said he feels both excited and anxious, as it will be his first time performing solo for fans. Nevertheless, he asked Army, BTS’s global fanbase, to join him in singing and enjoying the event.

The concert, titled “RunSeokjin_Ep.Tour,” will run over two days in Goyang. During the show, Jin will perform with guest artist Choi Yena. They will sing “Loser,” a collaboration from his recent solo EP, Echo. This performance reflects Jin’s effort to explore his artistic identity while staying connected to fellow musicians.

Following the concerts in South Korea, Jin will take his tour overseas. He plans to visit eight cities, including major stops in Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Each city will host two shows, allowing fans more opportunities to attend and engage with his music.

Jin continues to grow as a solo artist. His recent solo releases have received praise from fans and critics alike. By launching this global tour, he aims to deepen his connection with supporters around the world. Moreover, the concert offers a chance to showcase his individuality outside the group setting of BTS.

Ticket demand remains high as fans eagerly prepare to welcome Jin back to the stage. Big Hit Music will announce further details about tour dates and venues in the coming weeks.

Overall, Jin’s first solo fan concert symbolizes a fresh start. It highlights his passion for music and his dedication to creating memorable experiences for fans.
