Alongside the athletes, international judges, coaches, and senior officials from the World Horseback Archery Federation will attend. Distinguished guests, such as the Vice President of the World Martial Arts Games Committee, will also join. Their presence will enhance the event’s prestige and ensure expert judging.

The event starts on August 21 with training sessions, a judges’ seminar, and horse selection by teams. Meanwhile, judges will attend a seminar from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Later, horse selection and course trials continue. The day ends with a technical council meeting at 4:00 PM.

On August 22, the competition begins with the Serial Shot event at 8:00 AM. Then, the opening ceremony starts at 11:00 AM. After that, the Qabaq event runs until 6:00 PM. Finally, an award ceremony will recognize the day’s top performers.
