Chainsaw Man Exhibition Opens in Taipei

Date:

The Chainsaw Man exhibition in Taipei has officially opened, offering fans a striking glimpse into the making of the hit anime. Located on the first floor of Syntrend Creative Park, the exhibit runs through June 8. Organisers have packed the venue with over 700 original pieces straight from Japan’s animation studios. These include storyboards, keyframes, character designs, and production notes from the anime’s first season. Consequently, the Chainsaw Man exhibition in Taipei pulls visitors into the creative heart of one of anime’s biggest sensations.

The event spans episodes one through twelve, allowing fans to walk through the plot’s darkest and most emotional moments. As they explore the exhibit, visitors hear music from the show’s soundtrack, including Yonezu Kenshi’s explosive opening theme. Furthermore, 12 ending tracks by artists such as Vaundy, Aimer, and Queen Bee echo through the space. This layered atmosphere enhances the emotional depth and cinematic feel of the display. Ultimately, the Chainsaw Man exhibition in Taipei connects the audience to the anime’s full sensory experience.

Among the exhibition’s standout features are life-size models of Denji, Power, Hayakawa Aki, and Makima. In particular, these figures, lit with dramatic effects and paired with audio elements, draw visitors deeper into the Chainsaw Man universe. Their scale and detail offer a rare opportunity to stand face-to-face with fan-favourite characters. Although viewers can’t touch the models, they can capture vivid photos beside them. As a result, this interactive feature adds a personal touch to the larger artistic celebration.

To complement the experience, organisers launched a merchandise corner stocked with imported Japanese goods and limited-edition collectibles. Notably, some items debut in Taiwan exclusively for this event, drawing collectors and casual fans alike. In addition, a separate outdoor booth will extend the celebration through June 15. Located just outside Syntrend, this space offers extra access for those who miss the main dates. Therefore, fans of Chainsaw Man can browse, shop, and engage long after the main exhibition closes.

This event clearly reflects the global impact of Chainsaw Man and its growing fandom in Taiwan and beyond. With its powerful storytelling and striking visual style, the anime has inspired fans worldwide. Now, Taipei joins other major cities in celebrating its artistic and narrative legacy. Through immersive design and curated content, the Chainsaw Man exhibition in Taipei transforms passive viewing into active appreciation. All in all, for anime lovers and curious visitors alike, the experience delivers a compelling tribute to modern animation.
