Mongolia’s Development Financing Agreement

Mongolia has secured major international development funding. This significant development financing agreement totals $475 million. The Asian Development Bank will provide this substantial support. Both parties signed the deal on November 4, 2025. Finance Minister Javkhlan Bold represented Mongolia during the signing.

ADB Country Director Shannon Cowlin also participated. This development financing agreement supports medium-term priorities. It also addresses long-term national development goals.
