At the invitation of Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons, the Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia, Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve, will pay an official visit to the United Kingdom from March 18 to 23, 2025.
The United Kingdom is considered Mongolia’s third neighbor and a key partner in Europe. This visit marks a historic milestone as the first official visit by a Mongolian Parliament Speaker to the UK. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations, deepen mutual understanding, and enhance high-level diplomatic dialogue between the two nations.
Discussions will focus on expanding cooperation in key sectors such as economy, energy, and education, with an emphasis on creating a favorable legal framework to facilitate further collaboration. Additionally, the visit is expected to promote inter-parliamentary engagement and strengthen legislative partnerships between Mongolia and the UK.
