Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory message to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Novruz holiday, emphasizing the strong ties and strategic partnership between the two nations.
In his letter, President Xi expressed appreciation for President Aliyev’s earlier greetings for the Chinese Spring Festival, extending warm wishes for health, happiness, and prosperity to the Azerbaijani people.
